Welcome to your own little living world! Our Purse Terrarium – Complete Miniature Ecosystem is a charming, ready-to-enjoy display filled with texture, color, and natural beauty. It makes a lovely addition to a desk, shelf, tabletop, or bright indoor room, and it is a thoughtful gift for plant lovers, collectors, and anyone who enjoys a touch of nature at home.

What Comes With Your Purse Terrarium

Each completed purse-style terrarium includes:

Lush live moss
Vibrant Fittonia, also known as a nerve plant
Rare Marcgravia
Drainage stones to help manage excess moisture
Charcoal as part of the layered growing environment
Premium soil selected to support the plants
A decorative accent for a finished miniature landscape

The plants are carefully arranged in the purse-style display, so you can enjoy your miniature ecosystem right away.

Light and Placement

Place your purse terrarium in bright, indirect or filtered light. A spot near an east- or north-facing window can work well. Keep it away from harsh direct afternoon sun, which may overheat the container and scorch the foliage. Avoid placing it directly beside heaters, air conditioners, or drafty windows. A bright room with gentle, consistent light will help the moss, Fittonia, and Marcgravia stay healthy and attractive.

Easy Care Tips

Check the soil and moss regularly. Add a small amount of water when the growing medium begins to feel slightly dry, but avoid over-watering or leaving the plants sitting in excess moisture. Because the terrarium contains drainage layers, water slowly and carefully. It is better to add a little water at a time than to saturate the display.

Trim away yellow or damaged leaves as needed, remove fallen foliage, and gently wipe condensation or dust from the glass when necessary. Good airflow helps reduce common plant problems, so avoid keeping the terrarium in a hot, enclosed location. Rotate the display occasionally so the plants receive even light.

Shipping and Arrive Alive Guarantee

We pack each purse terrarium with care. When temperatures drop below the recommended shipping temperature, a heat pack must be added to your order to help the plants arrive safely and support our Arrive Alive Guarantee. When your terrarium arrives, unpack it promptly, place it in bright filtered light, and give it time to settle into its new home.

With a welcoming display and simple care routine, this purse terrarium is an easy way to bring a miniature piece of nature indoors.
