We strive to ensure that all descriptions and prices of our terrariums and supplies are accurate. However, since our terrariums are hand-crafted living art, slight variations in plant appearance and arrangement are to be expected.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Due to the delicate nature of living plants and glass, shipping is handled with extreme care. Some accessory items may ship from our global fulfillment centers; please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of these specific items. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier services, but we will assist in resolving any issues regarding damaged goods upon arrival.

4. Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be shipped back to us in its original condition. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

5. Plant Guarantee & Cold Weather Policy

We take great pride in the health of our plants. However, plant health is not guaranteed during colder months unless a heat pack is purchased with your order. We highly recommend adding a heat pack if your local temperatures are expected to fall below 40°F (4°C).
